A non-profit organization governed by the law of July 1, 1901 and the decree of August 16, 1901. It is an independent association, without ethnic, political or religious character. It was founded in 1992 in Thiais (Val de Marne) and brings together people who wish to help orphans.  ASSORV works primarily in Vietnam, in isolated and remote regions, in collaboration with local personnel. Overseas, ASSORV develops relations with other organizations sharing the same goal.
